New Delhi: In a press conference at BJP Office today, New Delhi MP and National Spokesperson Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi exposed Kejriwal through video clippings. Three videos were shown to the media persons in which the false claims of Kejriwal have been exposed. Media Head Shri Ashok Goel Devraha and Media Committee Co-Convener Shri Virender Sachdeva were present on this occasion.
Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi said that I want to ask Kejriwal what type of patriot he is who is trying to prove his patriotism by giving compensation to the person involved in riot protesting CAA. He is going to provide compensation of five lakh rupees and employment to the people involved in these riots. What kind of Chief Minister Kejriwal is, when he supports the people burning Delhi. Through an interview on a TV channel Kejriwal tries to create doubt among the people of minority community that if even 50% of refugees are given citizenship then how they will be given employment and houses? The reality is quite different, he is only misleading the people on CAA and trying to get advantage in upcoming Assembly Elections.
Smt. Lekhi also said that the Dy. Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia is also trying to confuse the people through his false tweets that the Delhi Police burnt DTC buses. The media investigation made it clear that this allegation of Manish Sisodia is baseless because the policeman was trying to douse the fire by sprinkling water. As the Dy. Chief Minister and Education Minister, he should not confuse lakhs of students rather try to make them understand this issue.
Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi further said that he has not deleted his false tweet even today. Now all of you must understand the attachment of Kejriwal to anti national elements and see that the members of his party involved in burning Delhi. The AAP MLAs Amanatullah Khan had called a protest demonstration in Jamia Nagar. He made some provocative speeches in this demonstration and due to this the mob became violent and indulged in violent activity. AAP MLA Hazi Israq goes to the Police station for bail for the rioters and returns only after getting bail for them. Qasim Usmani who is the Vice President of CYSS, the students wing of AAP in Jamia University had burnt the copies of CAA in Jamia University. Delhi Police has also registered FIR against Usmani for provoking violence. The matter does end here, he has not given the sanction for prosecuting Kanhaiya Kumar in the case of raising anti national slogans in JNU. The reason is that Kejriwal love such persons and does not want that they may be punished.
