BJP will contest Elections with positive agenda and win – Prakash Javadekar

In a Press Conference held at Delhi BJP Office today, Union Minister Shri Prakash Javadekar said that Aam Aadmi Party and Congress are responsible for the violence in protest against Citizenship Amendment Act in Delhi. Instead of preventing violence, leaders of both the political parties mislead the people and also provoked them and even today they are mum on violence in Delhi. They should apologize for this. In this press conference, he issued a form for “Jahan Jhuggi-Wahan Makan” which will be distributed by the DDA in unauthorized colonies. National Vice President and Delhi Incharge Shri Shyam Jaju, National Secretary and Delhi Election Management Committee Convener Shri Tarun Chugh, former Union Minister Shri Vijay Goel, Media Incharge Shri Pratyush Kanth, Co-Incharge Shri Neelkant Bakshi, Media Head Shri Ashok Goel Devraha were present on this occasion.

Extending good wishes to the people of the country on New Year, Shri Javadekar said that this is the year of development for the country and the first election will be held for Delhi Assembly. BJP will contest these elections with the positive agenda and win the elections. Modi ji has done many things for Delhi and we will present it before the people in the upcoming elections. We will also inform the people what we will do in the next five years and also tell the people what the present Government could not do during the last 5 years. Our main issue will be the complete development of Delhi for which we always been working. This is the fight between falsehood and truth, between anarchism and nationalism. BJP stands by truth and nationalism whereas Aam Aadmi Party is stands by falsehood and anarchism. Booth workers conference is going to be held in Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium on the 5th January, in this connection because the booth workers are the real strength of BJP. National President Shri Amit Shah will address this conference.

Shri Prakash Javadekar also said that Aam Aadmi Party is liar Party and the Congress a confused party. Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan, Ishrakh Khan, former Congress MLA Asim Khan, Matin Ahmad played important role in misleading the Minority community in Delhi’s Jamia, Seelampur and Jama Masjid areas. They spread rumors that after Citizenship Amendment Act, Azan in the Masjids will be stopped, loudspeakers from the mosque will be removed and wearing Burka and caps will also be banned. Due to this false propaganda among the minorities, violence spread in Delhi. The people of Delhi are wise and hence all these falsehood were exposed.

Terming Kejriwal as the leader of liars, Shri Prakash Javadekar said that for four and half years, Kejriwal used to say that the Modi Government is not allowing them to work and now when only 3 month are left of his tenure, then he is playing drama of working for the people whereas the reality is that Kejriwal never wanted to work and only tries to take credit. The policy of Aam Aadmi Party is that credit should go to the person who does not work. This party has also paralyzed the Municipal Corporations by withholding the fund of 9000 crore rupees due to these Corporations. MCD completed the fogging work to prevent Dengue, organised training camps for awareness, challaned the people who did not follow it but Kejriwal issued big advertisements to take credit for it. Due to various efforts of Central Government, pollution has been controlled to some extent in Delhi. Eastern and Western Peripheral Express Way have been constructed, BS-VI vehicles introduced, zigzag system for brick kilns also introduced and Modi Government has sanctioned 1100 crore rupees for the farmers for stopping stubble burning. On the other, Kejriwal Government delayed the clearance of Metro Phase-IV so that Metro Rail may not expand and also failed to release the fund of its share for the Express way.
