Gurugram: DLF estate developers have filed a complaint against a 32-year-old man and several other plot owners for allegedly illegally constructing a building in DLF Phase 3 in Gurugram.
DLF in its complaint has also alleged that the plot owners have engaged in commercial activities and made illegal sewer and water connections at the plot.
The plot owners have been identified as follows: Pawan Yadav (32), Heetu Yadav, Jugnu, Roshni Devi, Resham Yadav, Sarla Rani and others.
The address of the plot is U block 26/C6 DLF phase 3 white town house corner plot.
The letter dated 12.6.2019 (12th June, 2019) was written to the District Town Planner (enforcement), Gurugram.
“We would like to bring to your notice that the plot owners are illegally constructing their house as beyond the sanctioned plan and are also engaging in commercial activities,” the complaint read.
Sources privy to the information has said that till date no action has been taken on the matter despite the complaint being filed over a year ago.
