Haryana’s Youth Gain Global Healthcare Career Boost Through New Skilling Partnership

Kurukshetra: Young aspirants in Haryana will now have access to world-class healthcare training and international job opportunities, thanks to a new collaboration between Global Nurse Force (GNF) and the Naveen Jindal Foundation (NJF). The partnership, formalized through an MoU, will expand NJF’s Naveen AVSAR skilling initiative, equipping students with industry-relevant nursing and caregiving skills for careers in India and abroad. The programme will combine GNF’s expertise in global healthcare placements with NJF’s grassroots reach, offering hands-on training, English-language coaching, and direct pathways to jobs in the UK, US, Ireland, Germany, and beyond. With a target of training 10,000 youth in the next year, the initiative aims to transform local talent into globally competitive healthcare professionals. GNF, known for its ethical, zero-fee recruitment model, has already placed over 30,000 Indian nurses overseas. NJF’s Naveen AVSAR has been a key driver in vocational skilling, making this partnership a powerful step toward bridging rural talent with high-demand global careers.
