New Delhi: A delegation of BJP Delhi Pradesh complained against Aam Aadmi Party for distributing fake Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana survey certificates violating the Model Code of Conduct and demanded expeditious action after meeting Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi. Former Union Minister & Rajyasabha MP Shri Vijay Goel, MP Shri Pravesh Sahib Singh, Pradesh General Secretary Shri Ravinder Gupta, Delhi Pradesh Vice President Dr. Monika Pant, Pradesh BJP Legal and Legislative Department Convener Shri Neeraj, Advocate Shri Sanket Gupta were the part of this delegation. Taking cognizance of on the complaint, Chief Electoral Officer Shri Ranbir Singh assured about action.
Former Union Minister & Rajyasabha MP Shri Vijay Goel said that The Kejriwal government has expertise in making false promises, so they are distributing survey certificates of a scheme which was never launched. Kejriwal is also violating the directions of Election Commission for the sake of votes even after the Code of Conduct for the Assembly elections came into force.
MP Shri Pravesh Sahib Singh said that this is not the first time that the Aam Aadmi Party is violating the Code of Conduct. Insensitive Aam Aadmi Party is using the children in its election campaign and playing with their innocent minds for which the Election Commission has also issued a notice to them but they are still not afraid of violating the Code of Conduct.
Pradesh General Secretary Shri Ravinder Gupta said that in view of his possible defeat in the Assembly elections, Kejriwal is distributing survey certificates of false schemes. For their political gain, he is misleading the people of Delhi on the name of Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana for which the public will not forgive them.
