To promote the “Vocal for Local” to fulfill the objective of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Swadeshi Rakhi program organized at the State BJP Office today where the sisters of Seva Bharati tied self-made Rakhis on the wrist of Delhi BJP President Shri Adesh Gupta. On this occasion, Seva Bharati President of Delhi Shri Ramesh Aggarwal, Media Head Shri Ashok Goel and Seva Bharati karayakartas were present.
On this occasion, Shri Adesh Gupta said that sisters of Seva Bharti has done a sacred work of making Rakhis, it will strengthen India towards becoming Atamnirbhar. He said that the people of the Gadiya Lohar Samaj who worked to make weapons for Maharana Pratap, today women of their samaj have prepared Rakhis which will further strengthen the brother-sister relationship in Rakshabandhan. To boost the morale of our brave soldiers who protect the borders of the country, the sisters of Seva Bharati have also sent Swadeshi Rakhi on the China border. The initiative of making Swadeshi Rakhi will provide self-employment to women and will also strengthen their confidence. He said that through the mantra “Vocal for Local” given by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, we can make best products in our country in the coming time, which will also provide employment to lakhs of people. Items used in festivals will be prepared in the country itself. With small initiatives, we are moving strongly towards making India Atamnirbhar.
Shri Ramesh Aggarwal said that the sisters of Seva Bharati have started the work of making Rakhis in their homes under the Swavalamban Scheme. He said that for Diwali also, Seva Bharati’s sister will soon start work. Seva Bharti has started the initiative to make a local products by the name LOKAL which will be expanded in the coming times. It is our endeavor to help more women in the society become self-independent so that they can contribute in making the country Atamnirbhar.
