Indian Youth Congress (IYC) will be offering Gangajal at the Gauri Shankar Mandir, Chandni Chowk, Delhi
New Delhi: Savan is one of the most important and divine months as per Hindu belief and lakhs of worshipers known as Kanwadiyas offer Gangajal to Lord Shiva during this pious month. However, due to the current pandemic Kanwad Yatra has been canceled this year. However, in order to fulfil the ritual of offering Gangajal to Lord Shiva, the IYC has arranged gangajal from Uttarakhand to be distributed amongst the worshipers and to be offered to Lord Shiva at various temples in Delhi. In continuation of this goal, the IYC team will be distributing Gangajal to devotees at the Gauri Shankar Mandir, Chandni Chowk tomorrow.
