Kejriwal should expel Somnath Bharti from Aam Aadmi Party: Gupta

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal should immediately expel him from his party after the court sentences Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti. Making this demand, BJP state president Adesh Gupta said that, today is indeed a very sad day for democracy because a party whose leaders provoke riots, behave indecently with their own secretaries and talk about making a female journalist sit in a brothel, as a political party the sort of behaviour is sort of destroying democracy. The Aam Aadmi Party is becoming an organized gang of criminals. The AAP chief is engaged in giving protection to the criminals.

Adesh Gupta said that, AAP MLA Somnath Bharti is of criminal nature. He has several serious criminal charges against him. Several criminal cases have been registered against him for attempting to kill his wife, committing abuses with a woman of African descent, threatening to kill Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and misbehaving with police officials. Similarly, other Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan also has more than 10 serious criminal cases registered against him and both have committed the said crimes after joining AAP, but Arvind Kejriwal is engaged in protecting them.
