Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari and MP Shri Ramesh Bidhuri addressed a joint press conference at the Pradesh Office today in which he placed the questions being asked by the people of Delhi to the Chief Minister Kejriwal. Exposing the claims of the Aam Aadmi Party, a video and tweet was shown to the media in the Press Conference, showing broken roads, water logging, and filth on the roads, school children endangering their lives while crossing open drains etc. Pradesh Media Co-Incharge Shri Neelkant Bakshi and BJP Leader Shri Kapil Mishra were present in the press conference.
Addressing the media persons Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari said that once again it has been proved that Kejriwal has no achievements of his government which can be shown to the people. He has no answer to the questions of the people of Delhi. Even after five years today he is avoiding talking about the achievements of his government and running away from the people. This is a ‘Jhadu government’, not a government which performs. In order to cover the reality Kejriwal talks about irrelevant things but does not talk about water supply, DTC buses, pollution, lack of colleges, flyovers and roads. Chief Minsiter Kejriwal is trying to get a place to hide himself in order to avoid discussion on the performance of Delhi.
Shri Tiwari also gave details of the funds due to the Municipal Corporations to be paid by Delhi government. According to which, Delhi government has to pay Rs 7,712 crore to the SDMC, Rs 1,938 crore to the EDMC and Rs 3,763 crore to the NDMC till date. In order to paralyze the Municipal Corporations, Kejriwal government not been releasing funds and due to which the people of Delhi also could be provided the amenities which should have been provided to them. This is due to the political malice of Kejriwal’s party.
Shri Tiwari asked that has Kejriwal admitted that he has no answer to the questions being raised against his government? Why Kejriwal is avoiding questions? We will compel Kejriwal to answer the questions of the people of Delhi. Out of the questions being raised by the people we will raise one question per day to the Chief Minister of Delhi. Today’s question is why Kejriwal has concealed Rs 20,000 crore due to the MCDs like a thief? Since Kejriwal has also withheld the funds to be given to the Municipal Corporations by Central government, Municipal Corporations could have paid salaries to its employees regularly which could be paid because of it.
MP Shri Ramesh Bidhuri said that what happened to the 70 promises made by Chief Minister Kejriwal for the development of Delhi including installation of CCTV cameras, new schools, free Wi-Fi etc. These elections are for Delhi Assembly but Kejriwal is trying to divert the attention of the people from real issues. Aam Aadmi Party government has only betrayed the people of Delhi in place of working for them and the people are waiting for the Assembly elections to teach a lesson to Aam Aadmi Party.
